Our Little story
Getting off the plane at Honolulu airport, you feel warmth and joyful welcome. Hawaiians greet visitors with “Aloha!” and a beautiful Hawaiian flower Lei that we all naturally accept around our neck. Traditionally, Polynesians use leis as a sign of beauty and distinguish themselves from others. The story behind giving lei as welcome and friendship came from two chiefs who exchanged leis to indicate peace. A vacation starting like that can only be good!
Shiny, round, colourful to represent the first impression Hawaiians give me: happiness. Different colours indicate different meaning; For now, we have Black/Brown (respect and appreciation) and Blue (welcome and thank you). More colors are coming soon!
